The home is on a quiet street in Leisure World. The neighbors are the best that you could find anywhere The landscaping is simple, easy to care for and a Landscaper will take care of it for you at a very reasonable fee. If you are an RVer, there is an outside 35 Watt connection for your RV which can be parked in front for three days while loading or unloading. Storage for the RV may be available in our secure facility. Mail is delivered to your box in front of the house.

There is a small courtyard at the covered entry. Following are pictures of the Entry and the Living Room, looking through to the patio. Enjoy these views:

The photo at the left is the entry. Next is the living room area opening to the spacious Patio and then the front of the Living Room. Sorry, the Piano is no longer there! But the rest is pretty much the same as when these pictures were taken.

To the left of the living area is the Kitchen and dining area. The large table will seat eight comfortably and can be stretched to seat ten. There is good cabinet space for storage of dishes, and a pantry with an incorporated desk. I use the desk as a buffet for larger parties.

The kitchen is completely equipped with Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, 25 cuft Refrigerator with Ice-Maker and filtered water. Cooking is my number one hobby and this kitchen is a joy to use! There is a built in Wine Cellar onder the TV in the corner of the Dining area. The Dining area opens through a sliding door to the spacious patio.

Down the hall to the right of the living area are the two bedroom suites. These can be used as one Master Bedroom with Bath and a Den/Bedroom with bath. Let's start with the Master Bed Room and Master Bath:

Some of these furnishings have changed since I have made the Master Bed Room my Guest room after the death of my wife. Erin.

You can also have two bedrooms with the Queen Murphy bed. I have installed a new Murphy Bed since these pictures were taken, but the room is still very functional and I now use this as my 'headquarters'. The Den/Bed Room has it own bath with walk in shower, and a sliding door in the outer hallway gives complete privacy to the area:

The Patio can be reached from the Living Area or from the Kitchen/Dining Room/ This gives a great flow of traffic for those who like to entertain. The patio is half covered by a pergola to give a place to sit and watch the few rains that might come our way. The Patio is furnished with wrought Iron furniture: Two 4-top tables and one 6-top with cushioned chairs, One 2-seat Glider, Chaise and a Barrel Back chair. There is adequate space for seating a large group or for nice conversational groups in smaller parties. All of this patio furniture will be available to a buyer of the home. The Kitchen Pass through to the patio makes serving at the window serving shelf very convenient:

This floor plan not only shows the organization of the house but the plantings in the very private back yard. There is an Orange Tree, a Grapefruit, Lime and Kumquat. All have 'bumper crops this year. This fruit is available and delicious in December through April. There is a fountain off the patio which is lighted for night parties and the four Italian Cypress in the Southeast corner are lighted as beautiful backdrop for the Kumquat with its tiny orange fruits. Like Christmas all spring! The Patio faces south for the best use during the cool months of the winter and for shade in the summer.

The house is tiled in the walkways and is very easy to keep. The living area and bedrooms are carpeted in an off-white Berber. I like my house! And, I think you will too. It is very comfortable with Digital temperature controls, very well insulated and has a good traffic flow. If you like what you see, give me a call or write to me and we can talk more about arrangements for a sale.
